History of the Building:

85 Jackson Street, also known as 75 Jackson Suite 500, has had a vast history of businesses that have called the address home. Built in 1928, the building is located across the street from Newnan Hospital. In 1985, Susie Thomasson purchased the building and leased the space to Dr. Fred Gilbert, who was the town pathologist. Dr. Fred would frequently collect samples in the hospital, run across to his office, and test the sample for real-time results. When Dr. Fred retired, Jimmy Thomassons's technology company, MyrtleTech, moved into the building in the 2000s. 85 Jackson Street currently houses Walter Arnall LLC and Estes Landscaping Design since the mid 2010s.
